Assortment and capabilities
HH series includesnine carefully designed models, divided intomedium type (HH36, HH42, HH60, HH84) andheavy type (HH150, HH210, HH240, HH300, HH360). Each model provides precise and powerful performance.
The key feature of the series isvariable impact energy, from 36 kJ to 360 kJ, allowing operators to tackle a wide range of pile driving tasks with high efficiency. Additionally providedadjustable hammer stroke: 200–1200 mm for medium-type models and 200–1500 mm for heavy models, allowing you to adapt the work to the specific conditions of the project.
With blow rates ranging from 30 to 80 cycles per minute, the HH series providesfast and stable driving speed, significantly reducing construction time.
Configuration and dimensions
The weight of hammers varies from3 to 24 tons, total vehicle weight - from5.4 to 31.5 tons, which providesoptimal balance of stability and maneuverability at the construction site. Compact dimensions - length 1060-1360 mm, width 860-1200 mm, height 3590-7560 mm - make the HH series suitable for bothlimited urban sites, and forlarge-scale facilities.
Dimensions noted are for transport and operating condition: length includesremovable pile frame grippers, and the height is without additional components such aspile cap, for greater configuration flexibility.
Hydraulic support
For trouble-free operation, the HH series is equipped withspecial hydraulic unit, available as optional equipment from Yekun or customizable by users to fit existing equipment.
The units provide stable pressure and oil flow:
Pressure: 20–25 MPa
Flow: 120–160 l/min to 400–500 l/min
Hydraulic power: 60–220 kW
This guaranteesstable power supply for the hammer, optimizing impact frequency and operational reliability.
Technical features
The frequency of impacts is regulated depending on the oil supply by the supporting equipment: minimum - with maximum stroke, maximum - with minimum stroke.
The vehicle weight is indicatedwithout additional components, such as guy wires (0.2–0.5 t) and pile caps (0.2–2 t), which allows the customer to flexibly customize the configuration.
External hydraulic wiring adjustments may be necessary to reduce drag and prevent problems such as hammer stalls or oil overheating.
