YEKUN Weiboro SV-200 - 459 kN Side Double Clamp Vibratory Pile Driver for Limited Height Applications | ±30° tilt and 360° rotation for 20-25t excavators
YEKUN Weiboro SV-200 is a side-mounted dual grip vibratory pile driver specifically designed for projects where headroom is measured in centimeters rather than metres. Unlike standard vibratory pile drivers that require a vertical boom height, this low floor specialist allows the excavator to load and retrieve piles inside factory floors, under bridges or in parking lots where ceiling heights are limited to 4 meters or less.
Key Features -two-way tilt ±30° in combination with two independent gripping systems. The side grip holds the pile laterally, while the bottom grip provides vertical support. By turning the entire hammer assembly to its side, the operator can push the pile horizontally into a confined space and then return the hammer to the vertical position for driving. No additional equipment is required - one machine handles clamping, positioning, insertion and extraction.
The dual-circuit gripping system provides 335 kN of side gripping and 385 kN of bottom gripping. The grips use one hydraulic circuit, but can be controlled independently, which allows you to reliably fix piles of complex shapes (I-beams, sheet piles, pipes) without readjustment. Quick-change grip inserts allow you to work with pile thicknesses from 10 mm to 50 mm.
The characteristics are ideally suited to a 20-25t excavator. Centrifugal force reaches 459 kN at a variable frequency of 2300-3000 rpm, eccentricity 4.6 kg m. The SV-200 is capable of handling piles up to 10 meters in length, which is typical for factory floor foundations, bridge approach slabs and tunnel supports. The total weight of the hammer with adapter and grips is 2280 kg, which is within the lifting capacity of a 22-ton excavator with the boom fully extended.
Continuous 360° rotation with tilt is a key benefit. The hammer rotates continuously thanks to an internal rotating hydraulic manifold, and a ±30° tilt cylinder allows the entire head to be tilted sideways. This makes it possible to work under obstacles: the pile can be driven under the bridge beam and then straightened after passing the obstacle. These movements allow you to dive where a traditional hammer or guide does not physically fit.
Installation on a standard 20-25t excavator requires minimal factory modification - usually replacing the bucket adapter with a special mounting bracket and connecting two auxiliary hydraulic lines. The entire installation takes one business day. Once installed, the operator controls tilt, rotation, grip and vibration directly from the cab using standard joysticks and pedals.
For contractors working in height-constrained environments - shop expansions, under-bridge repairs or urban tunneling - the YEKUN Weiboro SV-200 transforms a standard 20-25t excavator into a low-height slab specialist, capable of clamping, tilting, loading and retrieving piles without leaving the cab.
