Description:
DZ60A is a specialized electric vibratory hammer with force570 kN, designed for driving and extracting piles when performing foundation work with minimal impact on the environment. Unlike hydraulic vibratory loaders mounted on excavators,DZ60A suspended from a crawler crane or other lifting equipment, providing high flexibility for use on construction sites where using an excavator is not possible or economically feasible.
The basis of the installation is a vibration-resistant electric motor with a power of 60 kW of a special design, designed for long-term operation under conditions of intense vibration loads without overheating. Thanks to this motor, the vibratory driver develops force570 kN at vibration frequency1100 rpm and eccentric moment460 Nm.
This combination of high impact force and optimal frequency makes the DZ60A an effective solution for driving Larsen sheet piles, H-piles, tubular steel piles and prefabricated concrete piles.
One of the key advantages of the DZ60A is its environmental friendliness. As a modern low-noise foundation equipment, it significantly reduces noise levels and vibration transmission to surrounding buildings and structures. This is especially important when working in urban areas, near residential complexes, medical institutions or existing industrial facilities. The absence of exhaust gases, lower noise levels compared to diesel hammers and the ability to operate from mains power or a generator (recommended power of at least 200 kVA) make the DZ60A an effective and environmentally friendly solution without loss of productivity.
The universal single-jaw mechanism allows you to work with a wide range of piles of various shapes and sizes. Whether Larsen sheet piles, I-beams or round tube piles are used, the system provides secure fixation without the need to replace the gripping jaws. The clamping force is generated from a common electro-hydraulic system, and the gripper and its opening are controlled by pressing one button on the remote control.
An intelligent radio control system provides complete control over the operation of the equipment. The operator can remotely start and stop vibration, adjust the operating frequency, control the grip, and also set restrictions on the force of extracting piles. This solution increases safety and ease of use.
Compatible with cranes with lifting capacities from35 tons means that the vibrator's own weight4320 kg (excluding suspended equipment) fully complies with the capabilities of most modern crawler cranes of this class. The crane operator performs precise positioning of the equipment over the pile installation point, while the operator remotely controls the grip and vibration. This type of work scheme significantly reduces risks for personnel and increases safety at the site.
The DZ60A design includes a sealed electrical control cabinet with an anti-corrosion powder coating, providing reliable protection from moisture and aggressive external influences. The use of a domestically produced frequency converter simplifies maintenance and reduces operating costs. In addition, the permissible force for extracting piles is200 kN, which allows you to effectively remove stuck piles without using additional equipment.
