YEKUN Weiboro FV-250R – 360° Continuous Rotation Piling Hammer | 265 kN sleeveless (tubing-free) vibration for excavators 20-25 t
The YEKUN Weiboro FV-250R redefines excavator-mounted piling driving by adding full swing capability to the proven vibratory hammer. Unlike fixed piling devices that force the excavator to constantly reposition, this 360° continuous rotation piling hammer allows the operator to rotate the clamp and pile to any angle without moving the tracks. For tight urban sites, bridge abutments or rows of solar power plants, this means less track movement and faster cycle times.
What makes the rotation possible is a precision slewing ring designed for an axle load of 90 tons.
This constant zero-backlash slewing ring uses hardened raceways and pre-loaded rollers, ensuring the hammer head remains rigid during vibration but rotates effortlessly when required. No mechanical play develops over time - the factory specification of "consistently free play" is maintained even after thousands of full rotation cycles.
The tubing-free vibration system solves a classic pain point: hydraulic hoses that rub, kink and break. Traditional hammers lay the supply lines outside; Every turn puts stress on the joints. The FV-250R instead passes hydraulic flow through a high-pressure rotary fitting (40 MPa rated pressure, 12 month warranty) mounted coaxially with the turntable. This fitting transfers oil to the vibration motor while the housing rotates, eliminating torsion in the hoses. The result: eliminating frictional tearing becomes a reality.
Vibrating installation with hose guidance further extends the service life of the hoses. The supply lines are attached to a bracket that moves in sync with the hammer's vibration damper, preventing constant bending that causes fatigue cracks at the joints. Combined with the rotary choke, these features make the FV-250R one of the most reliable mid-range piling tools on the market.
The technical characteristics correspond to carriers optimized for medium-sized excavators (20-25 t). The centrifugal force reaches 265 kN at 2800 rpm, allowing you to drive piles up to 10 meters long. The eccentric moment is 3.2 kg m, the operating oil consumption is about 176 l/min at 32 MPa. The hammer weighs 1,700 kg (plus 500 kg boom), which keeps the total weight within the safe lifting capacity of a standard 22-tonne excavator.
The hammer works with steel sheet piles, concrete piles and wood piles. The clamping jaws are designed for quick changeover between pile types without tools. For contractors who alternate between driving and extracting, the 360° rotation feature allows piling to be driven from any suitable angle - no need to drive the excavator onto unstable shoulders or turn around in trenches.
Maintenance is simplified thanks to the modular design: the rotor union, turntable and vibration unit are separated. A technician can replace a rotor union seal kit in two hours using regular hand tools. As a full-rotating piling head, the FV-250R turns what was previously a series of repositionings into a single, smooth arc. For foundation crews working in tight spaces, this is an upgrade that pays for itself in track hours saved alone.
