A hydraulic vibratory driver is one of the main types of equipment for driving and removing piles when performing foundation work. High requirements for design and manufacturing quality determine its reliability and operational efficiency.
Using advanced foreign technologies and many years of our own development experience, our company has created vibratory loaders with a specially designed vibration-insulated box structure, which significantly increases the reliability of the equipment and increases its service life.
The operating principle is based on the influence of vibration force created by the eccentric mechanism of the vibratory driver. Under the influence of high-frequency vibrations, the soil around the pile loses its internal cohesion and temporarily decompresses, causing the pile to sink under its own weight of the vibratory driver and the pile. If necessary, additional clamping force can significantly increase the dive speed. In the extraction mode, an upward traction force is created, which allows you to effectively remove piles from the ground.
This technology is widely used in the construction of building foundations, installation of sheet piling fences, cofferdams, retaining walls and other pile construction projects.
