YEKUN Weiboro SV-300 - Side Grab Vibratory Hammer for Limited Height Operations | 558kN dual gripper system with independent gripper control for 25-32t excavators
YEKUN Weiboro SV-300 is a specialized side-grip vibratory driver for limited height applications, designed for 25-32 tonne excavators. The model develops the SV-200 concept, offering increased clamping force, higher eccentric torque and expanded working capabilities while maintaining the main advantage of efficient work under bridges, inside production facilities, under slabs and in tunnels where height is limited.
The main feature of the SV-300 isdouble grip system with independent control. Unlike traditional single-clamp systems, this model features a dual-circuit locking system that includes a side force grip385 kN and lower grip by force490 kN.
Each circuit can be controlled separately or jointly. This allows you to reliably work with piles of complex configurations. For example, the side grip can hold an I-pile by the flange, and the bottom one can serve as an additional safety fixation. This arrangement ensures safe work with sheet piling, tubular piles, reinforced concrete piles and wide flange beams without replacing attachments.
The pan-tilt head providescontinuous 360° rotation and slope±30° in both directions. This feature is especially important when working in areas with limited height. The operator can position the pile in a horizontal position, drive it under an obstacle - for example, under a bridge beam or floor slab - then move the equipment to a vertical position and perform the plunge. This solution for installing piles under beams eliminates the need for cranes and manual slinging, significantly increasing safety and productivity.
Vibration force558 kN created due to eccentric moment5.6 kg m at variable speed2300–3000 rpm. This is enough to drive piles up to12 meters, which makes the SV-300 an effective solution for strengthening existing foundations, providing additional supports for structures, as well as constructing hydraulic and bank protection structures in places inaccessible to full-size pile installations. The total weight of the equipment with adapter and grips is3150 kg, which ensures optimal compatibility with excavators in the 25–32 tonne class.
The delivery set is a complete solution for working in conditions of limited height. All hydraulic hoses, rotary manifold and tilt cylinders are factory installed. Mounts to compatible excavators such asHitachi ZX300, Caterpillar 330, Komatsu PC300 and Volvo EC300, usually takes less than one business day. The mounting adapter is installed in the standard bucket mounting points without welding or changes to the design of the machine. The connection uses two hydraulic circuits: one for the vibration drive, the second for the tilt, swivel and gripper control functions.
Particular attention is paid to job stability. Conceptoptimal integration with excavators 25–32 t provides a carefully calculated location of the center of gravity, thanks to which the excavator remains stable even with the maximum tilt of the vibratory loader and when working with heavy piles. Computer modeling and load calculations ensure the durability of the boom and mounting bracket when exposed to dynamic vibration loads.
For contractors who regularly carry out work in restricted height conditions - in multi-level car parks, on railway infrastructure, when reconstructing bridges and strengthening existing foundations -YEKUN Weiboro SV-300 is an effective and universal solution. Thanks to the force of vibration immersion558 kN, independently controlled dual gripper system, tilt-and-tilt head and under-beam and slab capability, it transforms a standard 25-32 tonne excavator into a high-performance piling machine capable of gripping, positioning, driving and retrieving piles where traditional piling equipment is physically unable to operate.
