YEKUN Weiboro SV-500 – Maximum Power Piling Machine for Limited Space | Vibrator with double gripper 772 kN and independently calibrated grippers for 40–50 t excavators
YEKUN Weiboro SV-500 is a maximum power piling installation for working in confined spaces. It provides the force of a double grip vibrator772 kN with an installation height of only3.2 m. Designed for excavators in the 40-50t class, it solves the classic problem of how to drive heavy piles where height is limited - for example, when expanding underground parking lots, in tunnel passages or when renovating buildings.
The main feature of the SV-500 isindependent calibration of grippers. Lateral grip develops force465 kN, lower -550 kN, while the pressure of each grip can be adjusted separately depending on the shape and condition of the pile surface. This system allows the operator to save presets for different types of piles (rusty sheet piles, slippery I-beams, rough concrete) and activate them with the touch of a button, eliminating manual tightening between cycles.
Two-way capture logic allows you to use only the bottom grip when leaning under an obstacle, and then connect the side one for maximum holding power in a vertical position. Or use both grips simultaneously when removing the pile. The system automatically balances pressure, preventing deformation of thin-walled tubular piles.
Adaptive tilt under limited height (360°/±30°) provided by a forged steel bracket that rotates continuously and tilts up to 30° to the left or right. This feature makes it easy to guide piles under floors: for example, under a mezzanine floor, a 14-meter pile is driven horizontally and then rotated vertically. Thanks to 360° rotation, there is no need to move the excavator to change the installation angle - just turn the hammer head.
Eccentricity7.6 kg m at variable frequency2 300–3 100about/min creates the required force of the vibratory driver 772 kN. This is sufficient to drive steel sheet piles up to15 m or concrete piles in compacted gravel. The total weight of the equipment with adapter and grips is4 050kg, which is ideal for 40-50t class excavators such asCaterpillar 349, Komatsu PC490 or Liebherr R950.
The SV-500 also performs excellently asfull cycle system on one machine. The operator from the cab can: pick up the pile from the stack (with the lower grip), tilt it under an obstacle, rotate it to a vertical position, load it using vibration and then remove it - without the participation of ground personnel. This eliminates slinging and manual positioning and improves safety and productivity.
For contractors who require a combinationlimited space and maximum immersion force — for example, when adding a new line of foundations inside an existing production —YEKUN Weiboro SV-500 converts a standard 40-50t excavator into a 772 kN dual jaw vibratory loader with independent jaw calibration and adaptive tilt. This proves that the possibility of installing piles at low slab heights does not require compromises in driving force. One machine, one operator, continuous work cycle even at minimum altitude.
