Description:
YEKUN Weiboro FV-280 is a professional high-frequency vibration hammer designed for 20-30 tons excavators, serving as a specialized piling hammer for photovoltaic installations in large-scale solar farm projects. Unlike conventional medium-sized pile driving machines, which suffer from low vibration force and poor efficiency, the FV-280 provides high centrifugal force of 335 kN at 3200 rpm, achieving rapid driving of piles even in dense or compacted soils.
Thanks to its compact and lightweight design - hammer weight is only 1900 kg and boom weight is 500 kg - the FV-280 is easy to transport and remains stable on rough terrain. The machine is equipped with a two-pump flow fusion system: when encountering difficult geological conditions such as clay layers, gravel or weathered rock, the operator can turn on the second stage of vibration.
This combines the flows of two hydraulic pumps to instantly increase the driving force, overcoming resistance without stopping the operating cycle.
Long-term reliability is ensured by German precision bearings and a world-class hydraulic motor selected for continuous heavy duty use. Built-in imported control valve allows clamping, lifting and vibration to be controlled independently, making daily operation and maintenance simple. As a true excavator mounted piling solution, the FV-280 receives hydraulic power directly from the base excavator—no external power unit required—significantly reducing fuel and transportation costs.
With a maximum pile length of 12 meters, the FV-280 works effectively with steel sheet piles, concrete piles, I-beams and photovoltaic piles.
