YEKUN FV-150 Mini Hydraulic Piling Hammer, manufactured by Shanghai Yekun Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., is a high-frequency vibration hammer specially designed for 12-17 ton excavators. It fills a gap in the industry for pile driving using small excavators, making mechanized pile driving possible in extremely confined spaces.
Key Features:centrifugal force 172 kN, vibration frequency 2500 rpm, operating pressure 30 MPa, oil consumption 80–160 l/min, maximum pile length 8 m, maximum clamping force 313 kN. Hammer weight 1100 kg, boom weight 260 kg, dimensions 1014x595x1898 mm.
The FV-150 operates directly from the hydraulic system of the excavator itself - no external power unit is required, which significantly reduces fuel and transportation costs. Its built-in imported control valve allows you to control each action independently. Two-stage vibration mode (merging the flow of two pumps in the second stage) provides a powerful impulse to overcome difficult geological conditions.
Construction and quality:Ultra-compact fourth-generation design maximizes vibration force while maintaining low overall weight. The box structure is made of high-strength steel with precision welding. Bearings are supplied by leading German brands, and the hydraulic motor is supplied by leading global manufacturers, which ensures long service life and reliability.
