DZ150A - 1000 kN electric vibrator for crane mounting | High-torque vibration motor 150 kW for driving large steel and reinforced concrete piles
DZ150A is a heavy electric vibratory hammer with force1000 kN, designed for large-scale foundation projects that require long, high-energy work while driving piles. Unlike middle class equipment,DZ150A equipped with a high-torque vibration motor with power150 kW, specially designed for continuous operation under conditions of intense vibration loads. This design provides a stable immersion force1000 kN when working with the most complex types of pile structures.
The key feature of the model islow-frequency high-amplitude vibration impact with an operating frequency of 940 rpm.Compared to high-frequency vibratory hammers (1100–2500 rpm), this scheme makes it possible to transfer significantly more energy directly into the pile, ensuring effective overcoming of dense soil layers.
This makes the DZ150A particularly effective when working with large tubular piles, heavy composite sheet piles and reinforced concrete piles in dense gravel, gravel soils and hard clays.
The eccentric moment is1000 Nm, which allows you to develop the immersion force1000 kN while maintaining the working amplitude11.5 mm no load. This combination ensures high performance and operational stability even in difficult engineering and geological conditions.
Systeminterchangeable single and double grippers provides maximum equipment versatility. The single grip is used for standard sheet piles, while the double grip is designed for heavy I-beams and large diameter tubular piles. Configuration changes take less than 30 minutes and are performed using standard hand tools. The clamping force is generated by an electro-hydraulic system and is controlled remotely at the touch of a button.
The total mass of the vibratory driver together with suspended equipment is9535 kg, therefore, work requires a crawler crane with a lifting capacity of at least80 tons. The crane operator positions the equipment, and a separate operator controls the gripping, starting and stopping vibration, as well as the pile extraction mode via a remote control.
The dust-proof remote control post is reliably protected from concrete dust, moisture and atmospheric influences. The system's range reaches100 meters, which ensures safe work of personnel on the construction site.
The permissible force for extracting piles is400 kN, thanks to which the DZ150A is able to effectively remove stuck or long-used piles without the use of additional equipment. The vibration frequency is adjusted directly from the control panel, allowing the operator to adapt the operating mode to different types of soil: lower values (about 800 rpm) are used when passing boulder and rocky areas, and higher values (up to 1000 rpm) are used for sandy and granular soils.
High-torque vibration motor with power150 kW equipped with an air cooling system and reinforced bearings. Engine life between overhauls reaches10,000 operating hours, which significantly reduces operating costs. Suspension is carried out through a reinforced top hook with a safety factor5:1, ensuring maximum safety when working with heavy pile structures.
The equipment is powered from a generator set with a power of at least450 kVA through a power cable with a cross-section95 mm², which guarantees stable operation even under maximum loads.
For contractors working on projects for the expansion of seaports, reconstruction of deep foundations, construction of hydraulic structures and wind energy facilities,DZ150A provides the necessary diving power1000 kN. Thanks to its low-frequency, high-amplitude action, a system of replaceable grips and an extraction force of 400 kN, this vibratory driver allows you to perform a full cycle of piling work with one machine with minimal emissions and noise, which is especially important for urban areas and environmentally sensitive sites.
